Water Damage Restoration in DFW

Water mitigation, structural drying, and reconstruction for North Texas homes. IICRC standards, insurance-claim familiar, fast response.

Water damage gets worse every hour it sits. A burst pipe, a failed water heater, a roof leak, an appliance line. Whatever the source, the response is the same. Stop it, dry it, and put the house back. We work to IICRC standards so the drying is verified, not guessed.

What we do

  • Emergency water extraction. Fast removal of standing water, any category.
  • Structural drying. Air movers, dehumidification, and moisture mapping until the structure reads dry on a meter, not by eye.
  • Mold prevention. Proper drying is the difference between a clean job and a mold problem three weeks later.
  • Reconstruction. Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, paint, and trim, back to pre-loss condition.
  • Category 2 and 3 cleanup. Sewage and contaminated water handled with the right containment and disposal.

Drying done to standard

The most common mistake in water damage work is calling it dry too early. We document moisture readings throughout the job, so when we say the structure is dry, there is data behind it. That documentation also protects your claim.

We work directly with your carrier

We document the loss, communicate with your adjuster, and keep you informed at every step. You are not chasing paperwork or wondering what is approved. Every water damage job starts with a free inspection.

§FAQ Common Questions

Questions we get asked.

How fast can you respond to water damage?

Water damage gets worse every hour, so we respond fast — typically same-day across the DFW area. The first priority is stopping the source and starting extraction and drying before the water migrates into drywall, flooring, and framing.

Will my homeowners insurance cover water damage?

It depends on the source. Sudden, accidental water damage — a burst supply line, a failed water heater, an appliance line — is usually covered. Gradual leaks and long-term seepage often are not. We document the loss thoroughly so your carrier has what it needs, but the coverage decision is theirs.

Do I need to replace drywall and flooring, or can it be dried out?

It depends on how long the materials were wet and what they are. We work to IICRC standards, which means the drying is measured and verified with moisture meters, not guessed. Some materials dry and stay; saturated drywall, carpet pad, and certain flooring usually have to come out. We tell you which is which before anything is removed.

What is the difference between water mitigation and restoration?

Mitigation is the emergency phase — stopping the water, extracting it, and drying the structure so the damage stops spreading. Restoration is putting the home back: replacing materials, repairs, finish work. We handle both, so there is no handoff between two companies in the middle of your claim.

How long does the drying process take?

Most structural drying runs three to five days, depending on how much water there was, what got wet, and the materials involved. We monitor moisture levels daily and only pull the equipment once the readings confirm the structure is actually dry.
