School & Education Construction in DFW

Construction, renovation, and restoration for K-12 and higher education. Occupied-campus phasing, summer-window delivery, and infection-control capability.

Education construction lives or dies by the calendar. The summer window is short and immovable, occupied-campus work has to keep students and staff safe and uninterrupted, and a delayed project does not just cost money. It can mean a wing that is not ready when the bell rings. We build, renovate, and restore K-12 and higher-education facilities with that schedule pressure as the starting point.

What we do for education clients

  • Summer-window renovations. Scoped, sequenced, and staffed to finish before the first day back.
  • Occupied-campus construction. Phased and barriered so active classrooms are never exposed to the work.
  • Tenant improvements and reconfigurations. Classroom, lab, and administrative space updates.
  • Storm and water restoration. Fast response to get a damaged building back in service.
  • Mold remediation and decontamination. We remediate confirmed mold to a licensed assessor’s protocol, with our on-staff epidemiologist available for contamination work.
  • Facility maintenance. Scheduled repair programs across a district or campus.

Safe around students

Construction on an occupied campus is a containment problem as much as a building problem. We barrier the work, control dust and air, and keep crews and students separated. Where contamination or air quality is in scope, our epidemiologist reviews the protocol.
