§01 When to call
- Active water. Burst pipe, roof leak, flooding, sewage backup.
- Fire and smoke. Once the fire department clears the building.
- Storm damage. Wind, hail, fallen trees, compromised envelope.
- Biohazard. Trauma, contamination, anything that needs careful handling.
